I would give zero stars if that were an option! I bought a vehicle from a local used car dealer, and it had 4 open recalls on it through Ford. The dealer uses the Roberson Ford service department for that type of repair work, and other extended warranty work. I also work part time me for that dealer and have used Roberson for service on my vehicles independently of my affiliation with my employer. The dealer scheduled an appointment to get those recalls addressed and I dropped my Lincoln off to be worked on. I told the servi... read more
