I didn't know Joyce and was recommended. But now regret picking a woman to do a man's job. Horrible absolutely terrible they don’t give your refund and they don’t answer calls they suck!!
My lawyer through here was great! No complaints on him, but I do have a complaint on how the paralegal/accountant handles refunds and customer service! I just went through a divorce and put a retainer down, my lawyer did not use all of the retainer fee, he did explain to me that if the the whole retainer fee was not used then I would be refunded the unused amount that was left. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Doesn't return phone calls, Doesn't look after the best interests of her clients doesn't keep in contact to keep them up on decision making or what is happening in their cases. not worth your time. a waste of your time and money. I submitted color photos for my divorce and she uploaded them in black and white, so the judge dis regarded them and awarded them to my ex. She never once asked to have them resubmitted.
