Does great job on my accounts.
I am a little disappointed with AmFam for several reasons. First they raised deductable for wind and hail followed by a large premium increase. Now when I do have a claim for hail I get a automated respons recording when calling local office. I get forwarded too a distant answering service. Not happy about that and I am researching other insurance providers.
I don't like that we have to go through a phone tree and can't speak to someone specifically in our local office
Excellent service. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Fast response and fast results.
