The office girls always take care of my questions and are polite and courteous. My claims were handled quickly.

Does great job on my accounts.
I am a little disappointed with AmFam for several reasons. First they raised deductable for wind and hail followed by a large premium increase. Now when I do have a claim for hail I get a automated respons recording when calling local office. I get forwarded too a distant answering service. Not happy about that and I am researching other insurance providers.
