Rob and his crew at VanDyk Mortgage were fantastic! Everything went well and they were great with keeping us up to date on everything. David Viox was such a help and at great communicating! He was so patient with us from the start. We weren't sure if we were going to make an offer on the house but wanted to get preapproval so we knew where we stood. We did a private buy w/o a realtor and David was such a help to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend David and VanDyk!
