We have been customers of Wagner Auto Body for more than 20 years. With the last repair of our teenage daughter’s car, Rob Sr and Rob Jr and their whole team went above and beyond in their repair and service. They superseded our expectations. I want to share my experience so others don’t waste their time. When I called this shop, the gentleman who answered was polite and professional—he really did sound like he cared. That said, he made it very clear they will not work with you if you have State Farm insurance, or even if the at-fault driver’s insurance is State Farm. I cannot recommend and thank Rob and his team enough. They were extremely knowledgeable from everything to my car and insurance and claim process. From someone who didn’t know how anything worked dealing with a claim and insurance and cars, I feel like a pro now thanks to these guys! They really do treat you like family and do amazing work!

I can’t thank Rob enough for all his help throughout my claim process. Dealing with the insurance company was incredibly frustrating — they were slow, unresponsive, and honestly pretty difficult to work with. But Rob stepped in, communicated clearly, and took care of everything with patience and professionalism. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and helped take a huge weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend Rob if you need someone who knows how to get things done and truly has your back!
