I can’t thank Rob enough for all his help throughout my claim process. Dealing with the insurance company was incredibly frustrating — they were slow, unresponsive, and honestly pretty difficult to work with. But Rob stepped in, communicated clearly, and took care of everything with patience and professionalism.
