I would not recommend going with this insurance agency, especially if you are young and are inexperienced when it comes to car insurance! From the beginning of the claim process I felt like they were not working in my best interest. I was told to file with them when I was not at fault, was told I cannot have my parent (who set the policy up) join the call to help ask questions, which I found out is not true, and was constantly spoken to with passive aggressive tones.
