Rob fitted a coal-effect fire for us last year and was impressed with his workmanship, so we asked him to install a new unvented boiler system. He sourced what we needed, came on the day agreed and did an excellent job of it. He also spotted a problem with our central heating that needed attention by our C H maintenance insurer, British Gas, and their engineer mentioned to me that the quality of Rob's work was excellent. Recommend!
Knight in shining armour, phoned late in the day, and Rob was here within 10 mins. Sorted the issue out and also another issue I didn’t ask him to look at. Very very reasonable. Now in my contacts as go too Plumber! Thank you!
Horrific communicator. If he runs into any issue at all, he downs tools and walks off the job. Walked off the job mid-renovation, after holding up work for weeks, then blamed other tradesmen, who were all brilliant. Defensive, difficult to be around, had ideas he was the project manager, and charges for his journey time from Elgin to Lossie. Phoned Rob as my toilet cistern was broken . He phoned back within a couple of hours, came round and replaced the interior of cistern within an hour. Excellent service.
