Rob’s General Contracting did a great job for us throughout the entire process of replacing our roof. Right after I called Rob’s GC Juan and Jensen came out almost immediately to evaluate the problem, then immediately let me know what was going on. BE CAREFULL!!!!!! We had wind damage to our house and this company was the only that we could get to come out. The worker was great and did a good job tarping despite the $930 cost. We ended up having about $4500 in damage. I told the project manager if you want to get me a quote thats fine. He was so pushy and persistent it was obnoxious. If he texted and you didnt answer he called and left a message then would email yet. He talks the talk but was fishing for a big payday. I'd recommend working with Rob's. I was having a really hard time just getting a quote on work that I needed on a roof repair and they came through within a week. They sent the project manager out in a timely manner to view the work that we needed and got a reasonable quote in a short amount of time. I scheduled a roof estimate with this company and they never showed up. No call, no message, no follow-up. As a homeowner, you expect basic communication and professionalism—especially for something as important as your roof. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Very disappointing.
