My only experience with them was for a trigger job on a Benelli M4. I had theorized that with their connections to Benelli USA and their reputation, they would be a competent shop. I sent them the complete trigger guard unit with instructions that this was a duty shotgun, not a competition shotgun and reliability was favored over a light pull. They do good work, BUT they don't care about the small guy. I will not use them again and I will not recommend them to a friend. I'm a repeat customer. Sent my brother's gun in to be customized for a Christmas present in AUGUST. I called once every 2 weeks starting in November and was always told 10-14 weeks. Never once was I told it was delayed. Sent them two Benelli trigger groups for trigger jobs and both were delivered back to me with basically the same creep and same trigger pull weight as I sent them and when I called them their answer was arrogant and careless. Poor service, a waste of money and time.
