I know if Rob says work needs to be done on my car, it really needs to be done. He took the time to explain the problem and gave me the chance to call Dodge to see if it was covered under warranty (it wasn’t) - on top of that, he was fair with pricing and prompt with the repairs. I trust him with my car!
