4th time we use VIP. The process was quick and seamless, no switch an bait, what I was quoted was the rate I was offered. Dealing with VIP felt like it was a small group that cares for the client, with VIP you are not just a number and they take care of you, this I very valuable when you are buying a house which in it self can be very stressful.
I went to another mortgage broker and was told that, due to my credit rating, i would not be able to qualify for a mortgage. Rob Purvis and his team made it happen! Rob thought outside the box and I am now living happily in a new-to-me larger home. I cant say enought about his positive attitude and professionalism. Would recommend Rob and his team, very pleased.
Rob makes it so easy to go through the process of getting a mortgage. He was very proactive and his team responded immediately whenever we had questions!
