I needed a couple of spare keys for a rib bought from Rob Perry Marine some 4 or more years ago. I contacted them on the phone, Rupert was very friendly and extremely helpful. My friends of who bought the rib had remarked on the good service they received and it seems 4 years on there is no change in their willingness to provide great customer service. Mark
