I wanted to make sure that the fur and dander from the new pet weren't clogging the air ducts. The technician arrived, thoroughly cleaned the return vent and ducts, sterilized the area, and installed a UV light for long-term advantages. It was immediately apparent that the house was considerably more comfortable and the air seemed cleaner.

Max discovered mouse droppings in one of the lower ducts, which was terrible, but we're pleased he did since he treated the area with an antifungal solution and suggested some improvements to prevent re-entry. The entire system is now spotless, and the house smells clean without the need for air fresheners.

Travis was patient and knowledgeable. He discovered lint buildup in the ducting and informed us that it may have constituted a fire risk. He cleaned it carefully and showed us what had been removed. Our home feels cleaner, and we're sleeping better already. You have no idea how nasty your air system is until someone shows you.
