The dryer wasn’t working properly, and clothes were taking forever to dry. Mark came for dryer vent cleaning and pulled out so much lint, I couldn’t believe it. He explained the fire hazard and made sure the vent was completely clear. Now the dryer works like new and much faster.
After heavy rain caused water damage in the basement, I worried about mold spreading through the ducts. The technicians inspected everything carefully, treated for mold, and sanitized the entire system. They also cleaned the coils and blower motor to ensure nothing was circulating spores. The air feels safe now, and I’m glad I didn’t wait to take care of it mold is no joke.
I wanted to make sure that the fur and dander from the new pet weren't clogging the air ducts. It was immediately apparent that the house was considerably more comfortable and the air seemed cleaner.
Max discovered mouse droppings in one of the lower ducts, which was terrible, but we're pleased he did since he treated the area with an antifungal solution and suggested some improvements to prevent re-entry.
