For many years now I had been suffering of chronic pain in the lower neck, and Rob's treatment and therapeutic advice, suggesting just the right sort of daily neck exercise, has sharply reduced the discomfort and spared me the more drastic solution of neural surgery, which would have moreover meant no more martial arts for the rest of my life.
