Dr Rob helped me so much with my hip, which was the source of many secondary issues in my body. He taught me just two simple exercises, and the results were incredible. Now I can do everything again in my life—from working to training—without the limitations I had before. If you really want to understand and assess your body properly, I highly recommend seeing him, even if it’s just for a consultation. You’ll learn a lot about how your body actually works.

Rob has been fantastic. He’s one of the first clinician’s to take my lower back pain seriously and find a mechanical reason rather than just tell me it’s mental. He’s very methodical and professional and also a lovely person. Highly recommend him.
