We needed a structural engineer to look at some foundation issues and, while other engineers were scheduling 2-3 weeks out, Rob was able to come out same day. He delivered his report within days which enabled us to assess the condition of the house before the end of due diligence. He was very punctual. Great experience.

Rob was kind enough to take the time and explain to me why I didn't need his services. He's completely on the "if you have structural problems to solve" end of the spectrum. If you want a thorough, proactive, pre-emptive consultation, and service-oriented engineer, he said to try someone else.

I called for a consultation, but he refused to even come out and take a look because it was "too far" outside of his normal area. He said he services Chapel Hill and Durham. I live in Durham. Not impressed.

Very fast response time to perform inspections. Thorough and helpful with a written or an oral report option. Often times an explanation is enough for peace of mind.
