I am the executor of my parents trust and I had to sell one of their properties. The home had not been occupied for a long time. It turns out the home had a lot of issues. I hired Rob Martin to list the property. Rob was very attentive and returned my calls promptly. Given all the issues, Rob went well beyond what the average realtor would do. Rob is amazing. My parents used him 10-11 years ago and I remembered how patient and kind he was. When it came time to seriously hunt for houses Rob was ready! He is super communicative which I think is EXTREMELY important, always got us in to see houses in a timely manner and guided us perfectly on this journey.
