I literally am now diagnosed with several issues listed as covered under disability. Instead of asking to see which disorders I have or opting to review records, the lady just kept saying wait until I receive more diagnoses. I called because I was told by medical professionals at Yale to apply again. If you didn't want the case, why waste my time instead of just saying "no"?

I have had the most positive experience while working with Javier Vegas for my Social Security Disability claim. He guided me through each step, and his communication back to me was timely and very prompt. I was given the status from him and he then reassured me along the way. Having never done this before, he then helped me on what to do, and then updated me as well so that I can have faith in Rob Levine & Associates. The minute Daniella took over as my case manager, she always made sure I understood everything ,walked me through anything I asked. I honestly don't feel like I would have won my case without her I called her to thank her for everything and she said we all work together to help me but anytime I called her she always called me back that day helped me to get all of my Dr appointments so since she refused to take a personal compliment. Want to thank Daniella Martinez. Was very concerned thinking a long distance lawyer would be as good as these guys were at representing me in court over the phone!
