I've used Rob Jones a few times now. This time, X5 with rear air spring suspension failure. Diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Prices much more realistic than stealership. Always go here first if you have a German issue.

AVOID this man and garage like the plague . Yes ! Iets get the facts out here ,the tyre company didn’t over tightened the wheel nuts, because the near side wheel nuts came undone easily, and I can see a tyre company tightening one side more than the other. and I found your school play ground attitude and language on the phone very unprofessional.

Drove all the way from Builth Wells to have my Mercedes serviced at Rob Jones and glad I did. Friendly owner who explained everything in detail. Very happy customer.

After 7 years keeping a main dealer service on my CLA45 AMG, I decided to give Rob a try and was not disappointed. After a raft of minor problems with Air con, tire pressure sensors and finally a broken rear spring, Rob went above and beyond helping me get sorted and sourcing parts (which turned out not to be as straight forward as it should have been!).
