The only reason why I still have Rob Hasse as my state farm agent is because of his staff. Rob Hasse himself is very disrespectful and has a very short temper; he doesn't mind getting smart with customers or cutting them off mid sentence. Rob has no professionalism and will tell you he'll call you back; don't hold your breath waiting for the return call. I am two seconds away from finding me a new state farm agent.
