Friendly staff very helpfull know their stuff
I have had very good customer service from RBW. Very patient, very engaged, clearly a company that cares about looking after customers. I am building an engine for my course and I needed some o-rings that would fit my piston. I was given multiple sizes to try until we had the right size. If it wasn't for this business, my engine would have been an abject failure. Many thanks to Alex for helping me with my various inquiries. I definitely recommend this business.
