What good does it do to make an appointment for an oil change if they don't get you in until 20 minutes late!! WTH!? NONSENSE! Last time they didn't put my cap back on and had oil all over my engine and driveway! Come on GMC get your crap together!

I recently found myself on a 1500-mile road trip when my Sierra decided to throw a check engine light. I was in a bind, but Tyler and the team at Rob Green GMC came through spectacularly. I was traveling across Nevada and Idaho. My check engine light came in near Elko, NV. I was able to run diagnostics in that area but it was the weekend couldn’t find an auto supply store in the area that could get the sensor I needed till the midddle of the next week. The local GMC dealership wasn’t open on Sat. I called the Twin Parts Dept and they said they could get the sensor from a local distributor.
