UPDATE - I was able to work with the general manager on this issue and come to a resolution. While this was still not an ideal situation I am happy that they did take the time to show some good faith and work to make this right. I do hope that they will use this situation to improve their processes for future customers. Abolutely the WORST experience I have ever had. Had a great experience buying my truck here. I originally reached out after seeing the truck posted online, and they confirmed it was available. I drove a couple hours to come look at it the next day. As soon as I got there, I was greeted outside and was able to take the truck for a test drive. Afterward, we went inside and worked up the numbers for the truck and my trade-in. There was absolutely no pressure to buy.
