Fast and friendly
Appt for oil change, stoped by an hour later car was not done. Dont understand the reason to have an appt if they are not going to stick to appt. Had to wait an extra 20 min.
Bought a 2022 1500 Denali from Rob Green, have always been a Ford guy but with the diesel mileage I thought I would give it a try. At 86,000 miles the transmission is shot requires a new one. Granted it’s under warranty but I need to find a truck for two weeks which is very difficult and expensive. Dealership didn’t really care that I’m out a truck for two weeks which is disappointing. They sure cared more about me when I was buying the truck.
Really disappointed in this GM certified dealer. Took my Cadillac Ct5 in for a diagnostic, waited in the lounge for 2 hours to receive a call that they have been looking for me and when they finally found me they were barley going to check my car. AFTER 2HOURS. After another 40 min I decided to check in and they found nothing. Which great news but I know my car and something was definitely wrong.
