I asked for someone to come out and give me a quote on a small job connecting a septic pump to a meter box. Jaime was the one who came to do the quote. I told him that I would be digging the trench and installing the PVC myself. I needed someone to run the wire and connect it. When he was at my house, he told me that it was a small job and it wouldn't take long. He quoted me under 700.00. Then came the quote for 2040.37. I was confused when I saw 12 hrs. @ 125 per hr.
