I have auto and home insurance with Geico. I have had no need to use them. However, when I changed banks. I told the owner, Rod Geiger, " I am giving you ample time to set it up at the new bank. " I thought everything was okay because my auto payment was taken out at the new bank. But I found out that with my home insurance it was not okay.
