I have been with GEICO for a good while. Then I found out they were charging me above 200 a month. So I started looking around, I found Progressive..I then cancelled GEICO but they kept taking money out of my account so when I found I called again hopefully I get a reimbursement for the months they took out of my account
The manager Vanessa Dela Rosa was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find a solution to a problem I was experiencing with my billing that ultimately could’ve resulted in my policy being cancelled. She even checked in on me the next day to assure me that everything with my account was back to normal and that there wasn’t anything to worry about. She needs a raise.
Veronica found us a great price on our home insurance and was such a pleasure to work with!
Above and beyond customer service, it’s nice to know your insurance agency actually cares and actually fights for you ESPECIALLY at this location.
