The owner was very rude when I called to discuss a purchase I may make of a Japanese vehicle and to see if he worked on it. . He was very unprofessional and unpleasant when he answered his phone. He didn’t use his business name so I had to verify that he was a vehicle repair shop and I apologized after he stated he was and he continued to be rude after I said that I only asked because of the way he answered the phone and he stated “well, that’s how I answer MY phone”.
