I have always received five star service from Jacob and Rob Crosby. They are fast to respond and always happy to answer questions. We have been with this particular State Farm Agency for over 20 years and State Farm for over 40. Jacob was an absolute blessing to work with. He made the process very simple and was very attentive and responsive. Buying a new car is a very stressful process when you are dealing with financing and DMV. I was worried about the insurance process but they made it so easy and simple that it helped calm my anxiety.
