My daughter and I were stranded at a park where phone service was terrible. We tried calling but the phone service was poor. Rob willingly texted with my daughter and figured out where we were and what was wrong with our rv. He came out even though we were an hour and a half away and fixed our wiring problem and got us on our way. His price was reasonable especially considering the distance. He was very professional and we totally recommend him. These two women who were stranded really appreciated him.
Worst customer service in Crescent city California as far as RV service repair goes. About two years ago I called and asked for service and never received a return call then again just a couple of weeks ago I called again for service and never received a return call. In my opinion, I feeling this guy is just out to pray on tourist who have experience breakdowns or problems with their RV. I live locally with an RV that has occasional issues and sometimes I just don’t want to deal with fix then my myself even though I am capab... read more
