Dr. Bernskoetter was extremely rude. He told me that I “do not get to make the decisions about my personal care because I am just the patient and he is the doctor”. The personal care in question was when I stated that I did not want the fluorescein stain because I had no one to pick me up and I had work straight after my appointment. When I argued this subject he became more aggravated and we argued the rest of my appointment.
