Rob came out to service and replace parts on boiler. A lot cheaper that I expected and has always turned up as arranged. Would recommend.

Very good communication from phoning with initial problem to when he would be arriving. It was a fairly quick job so fitted me in a few days later. Quickly diagnosed the problem and got on with it in a professional and efficient way. Reasonably priced. Good, local plumber.

Over the years, Rob has done a few jobs for me in different houses. He found a difficult to trace pipe leak, has done boiler services and most recently came out at very short notice to sort out dangerously high water pressure, protecting the pipes and installations throughout the house. I have always found Rob to be honest, polite and helpful and I trust his expertise. I would not hesitate to use him again, highly recommended.

Have used this service before but unfortunately did not get a telephone call back from this trader after leaving a message with phone number hence on this occasion the one star. Problem dealt with by an alternative expert who was fantastic.
