Today my car failed emissions only because they couldn't test it. They couldn't test it because the DLC wasn't seated all the way in its compartment. In Arizona state doesn't allow their employees to use a screwdriver and tighten it before they try to plug it in to use the computer. It took him all of 5 minutes to reseed it and secure it in its compartment. For him to tell me to come on down when he was busy working on two vehicles at the same time.
