I had been a GEICO customer for so many years, and this year I wanted to try different insurance companies. I did online quotes with a few, and StateFarm is the only company that returned to me with an agent's contact information. Rob replied me very quickly and offered me very competitive premiums both for Auto and Condo. My transition was so smooth. Dernis helped me to go through the polices and payment, and she was excellent! Thanks a lot to Rob and Dernis!
Rob is a top notch professional. He has been at this location for decades. Rob will find every possible way to save money on your policy. His assistant Denise is courteous and always ready to answer any questions you have. Highly recommend this agency.
They are trash and not helpful, save your money, don’t cover with them .
My review has nothing to do with State Farm company, It is with customer service at this particular office, no wonder it has 3.9 starts I will for sure switch to another office, today I received a called in regards to the policy in one of my cars.
