-Terrible service -no actual bike knowledge, if so they charge a arm & a leg for the basics you can learn online. -charge to use your own tools inside shop or pay a bill that could be the same cost as the tool to fix it. - charge 2-3x more then online shops for products (more like a last resort type of place) - no customer service / customer local relationship building , depressing robot like responses unless you flash stacks in there face, quick to respond/ move to the next thing there doing with no customer bike feed back ... read more
The man working in service was incredibly rude. I walked in and said, “Hey, what’s up?” Instead of acknowledging me, he completely ignored me. I said “hello” again, and he finally responded with a rude, “Wait a minute.” I wasn’t expecting him to solve my problem that moment . I just thought he would say hello and show some common human courtesy All I wanted was to ask if they could remove the pedals from my bike or let me borrow a tool so I could do it myself. Great shop! Helpful. community oriented. and for the enthusiasts, they host Sunday rides and now world class bike-fitting by JonCarlo.
I thought the service was bike service was okay experience. To me , having a paper tracking system seems to be very outdated. I dropped my bike off for basic tune-up around last week and I had to call them about when my bike was going to be completed. I get it, they can be very busy. I just think something could be better, even the technicians at Discount Tire have time to call me about my vehicle— and any issues with my vehicle.
