Grant Wilson at Roaring Fork Construction built our new home in Driggs, Idaho between July 2024 and August 2025. We are thrilled with the results and Grant finished the project with $36,000 left from his $50,000 contingency line, i.e. he was under the approved budget. Grant is a very good communicator and uses modern management tools like the Buildertrend app that allows you to respond to questions and to follow the progress of your construction remotely. Roaring Forks Construction built our home in 2023/24 and just returned to finish our basement in 2026. In summary, we are extremely pleased with the quality of work and honest communication. If we build again (and we might), we will go directly to Roaring Forks and not even consider others.
