LOVE training at UFQ Varsity! I'm in my 40s and have never been so fit and strong. The team there are all so passionate about what they do and will help and push you to your limits (in a good way!) to reach your own goals. People from all levels are welcomed from complete beginner to absolute beast. I highly recommend dropping in to see for yourself.
Been training in gyms for a long time and lost motivation. Wife brought me along to Roarfit 15months ago. The different style of training has challenged me to be at my best in years. They have a children's room which has helped streamline us training together again. I have really enjoyed learning new movements and adapting to a new culture through functional fitness. I highly recommend it to anyone looking build on their strength, fitness & mobility.

I have been working out at Roar Fit for over a year now. I am 50 years old and the fittest and healthiest l have ever been in my life. I am actually competing in the Crossfit Masters. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and encouraging. It's not just a gym it's a community.
