I took my BMW to them to change oil because my friend recommended them. BMW filter caps have plastic inserts that are important for the oil system to function properly. Clearly they forgot to put that insert back in or simply threw it away out of negligence. The car started showing a "drivetrain malfunction" warning. I took the car back to them but they had no clue.
