Wish I could give 0 stars. This bank is only in business to fee the heck out of it's customers. Ridgeview, Member One, & literally every other bank besides Wells fargo is a better choice.
The ladies were very nice and opening a new account was so easy.
Shorted my drive thru withdrawal but they corrected after doing an audit. Very slow to process a loan payoff certificate, been over 18 months and still not settled.
RVCC Salem is awesome. If you're looking for a caring manager, awesome service and safe place to bank. Ms. Forth and Salem staff are who you want.
