Comfortable, calm environment for Spravato with supportive staff, and private individual cozy rooms for each person, including an extra in-room chair for a companion if desired, instead of sterile assembly-line type cubicles like another local place.
I'm grateful for a place that offers mental health services with compassion.
The best place for all my mind troubles. The staff is very friendly and polite and I trust them. They have really made me feel that I am safe and they are careful with my information. And everything is private between them and me and it goes no further than that.
Like the last real review said, would give 0 stars if I could and this is coming from someone who once loved the facility. One word for this facility: incompetent. ~UPDATE: At the time of my review, I had filed a grievance/complaint with my insurance against this facility back in July 2025 for several patient rights violations, in regards to myself, as well as facility safety concerns.
