Buyer here. Difficult to work with. Don’t expect to be able to get your keys on closing day. Delayed things for no reason and forced us to change closing time to be able to get the court records in time or else we won’t enter the house until after the weekend… don’t close on a Thursday or Friday if you don’t plan to crash elsewhere until they allow you in. Could be days. May even delay your movers. Wish I knew that before doing business with someone so difficult. Ruined closing day for us as now my husband has to miss it due... read more
