Steve is a fantastic realtor. He helped us buy our house when we had to relocate here from the west on short notice. He was honest, responsive with all of our questions, and helped us with a ton of recommendations since we were completely unfamiliar with the area. All the recommendations have been amazing. His knowledge of the area and referrals are unmatched. By far the best realtor we've worked with.
My brother-in-law and I sold my mother-in-laws house in October of last year and Steve was on top of every step we took. He gave us suggestions that help in selling the property. Steve deserves 10 stars! I can't say enough good things about him. He patiently worked with us until we found what we were looking for. He is not pushy and has his client's best interests in mind. Highly recommended - Very Experienced. Attention to detail, efficiently resolves challenging obstacles. First, we've bought two homes with Steve's help; ecstatic in both cases. Conversely, with his broad experience and insight, his encouragement to do further 'homework' enabled us to avoid homes and other properties which had potentially Costly issues.
