I can't speak to the quality of service but I can speak to the customer service. I emailed them to inquire about a procedure and several days later, I got a one line response. I replied to the email stating that they had misread my email and that I was looking for something completely different and never got a response. I've since found another surgeon who's office is much better at communication, but it is disappointing that this office made so little effort for my request.
