They are horrible at returning phone calls . Two wks had referral three phone from myself and several from the dentist and no one called to schedule appt I had to call again and it’s almost two months out from referral. I’m in pain and hurts to eat or close my mouth this is ridiculous!
First and foremost it appears MONEY is their primary concern. My dentist referred me to them for an extraction. I was contacted by one of their staff and the first thing from her mouth was we want payment in full up front and it's 517.00 for an extraction. I said alright, but what about my dental insurance, I've never had any problem with the insurance not paying, and honestly I just wanted a consultation and second opinion first.
