They are horrible at returning phone calls . Two wks had referral three phone from myself and several from the dentist and no one called to schedule appt I had to call again and it’s almost two months out from referral. I’m in pain and hurts to eat or close my mouth this is ridiculous!
First and foremost it appears MONEY is their primary concern. My dentist referred me to them for an extraction. I was contacted by one of their staff and the first thing from her mouth was we want payment in full up front and it's 517.00 for an extraction. I said alright, but what about my dental insurance, I've never had any problem with the insurance not paying, and honestly I just wanted a consultation and second opinion first. What can you say about a Dentist like Dr. Margolis. He is really nice but didn't numb me up correctly. My lower lip and tooth were not numb I and I told him so. So what does he do, he grabs it and pulls it anyway. Agony . why? He was running behind. It wasn't the worst experience but it wasn't necessary. He showed no remorse. It was several years ago and I hope he learns this fact. Without correct anesthesia there is PAIN. Maybe someone will do him, his kids or wife like that and see how it feels to be violated in this manne... read more
Very professional place and awesome staff
I’ve had such an amazing experience with Roanoke Oral Surgery and their staff! I just had a wisdom teeth operation performed, with Dr. Jason Margolis being my doctor and Becky being my nurse! They were absolutely phenomenal!! The staff in general are so kind and helpful and completely took care of me pre-op and post-op!! I definitely recommend this business to anyone requiring oral surgery! �
Until a week ago I had not personally been to an oral surgeon. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Margolis when I needed to see one. Dr. Margolis is very professional,gentle and kind.
