Have no idea about their selling service or repairs. I highly suggest though if you want to rent a golf cart to look else where. They were not helpful or professional at all when we tried to rent a cart for a vacation with our special needs child that has a hard time walking around.
Would never recommend to anyone to try and rent from this company. They are dismissive and unprofessional. Found a company close by that wanted our business and were knowledgeable. Went that route.
Horrible service. Tried to rent a cart and wouldn’t talk to us in person. Everything had to go through email. They made it so difficult to rent. Not friendly or helpful for any of the process. Have never experienced in my 60 years of life a company that was so disrespectful in my life.
Tried to rent a cart and they made us buy insurance for the week where they did not provide any resources. Would not talk to us on the phone. They said communication was only through email and were long to answer, unhelpful, and very short with us.
