I was lucky enough to find Alex and Sean to clean up our house from a broken pipe due to the weather storm. They responded immediately to my call and were out to our home the next day, even with all the calls they had due to the wild winter storm. We are so thankful for Alex’s work with Roanoke Flood and Fire. We had water damage after the winter freeze. Alex made time for us with an incredibly busy schedule and came out promptly. Part of our damage was in our soon-to-be nursery. It was very reassuring having Alex treat the water and potential mold in that important area. He was professional, qualified, friendly, efficient, and fairly priced. We highly recommend using Roanoke Flood and Fire.

We are so grateful for Roanoke Flood and Fire for the work they did in our home following the winter storm. They were incredibly responsive and took great care of our home during an uncertain time. We appreciate the time they took to explain the process and their patience in answering our many questions. The team was efficient and the service was exceptional. Alex and the team at Roanoke Flood and Fire restoration are everything you would want in a bad situation!! They contacted us and was at our house extremely quick on a Saturday, explained the process with us very thoroughly and they did exactly everything they said they would. The communication was great, the follow up was great, and the whole time everything was very professional. Although I hope nobody ever has to go through a leaking wall or roof. If you do, these are your guys!!
