Really enjoying friendly interaction with all of the coaches and other members of the gym. Very clean location and I like that in 30 minutes workout during my class, I use several different types of exercise with modifications based on my own strengths.
I just started at Fit body boot camp and absolutely love the atmosphere! I have always struggled with motivation and pushing myself working out on my own in the gym and fit body brings you that exact environment! Everyone has been so welcoming and gives you the encouragement to push through each workout!

I have been going to Roanoke Fit Body Bootcamp for about ten days now and the environment is great and the staff really care about you. I would highly recommend this program to anyone. You pay for what you get. Fortunately for me I will just be doing the 28 day program because I have to prepare for my Army standards for ROTC in the fall. But this is definitely a great stepping stone for any level of fitness. Highly love it and recommend.
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I was hesitant as I was not sure if I could do the classes but you can modify and the coaches and other members are so helpful and encouraging. If you are a person who does not love the gym like myself give this place a try. The workouts are hard but you feel so good afterwards.
