My first week at FBBC has been great! It’s a positive atmosphere and you have outstanding coaches that motivate you to hit your goals. I know it is very intimidating walking into a gym especially when you’re out of shape and don’t know anyone but everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. This is not just a community it’s a family. I can’t wait to continue my journey at FBBC!
If you have been thinking about doing something different this is it! I am 4 classes in and all ready feel the difference! The coaches are top notch, super supportive! Just do it!

I’m in my second week at Fit Body Boot Camp and really enjoying it. The 30-minute workouts are doable and leave me feeling energized instead of worn out. I’ve already noticed less inflammation and more energy, and the feeling of support and community is awesome. They’re also very responsive to texts. Great experience so far!
