Office staff very unprofessional and rude. I needed lab tests to confirm a bladder infection. Instead of scheduling, was told I should've gone to the hospital emergency room. Since when does a minor infection need emergency treatment? I've been a patient at this practice for 12 years; I expect better treatment. Maybe I need to shop for a new physician.
