Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. All I wanted to know was if they had a carburetor I needed in stock. He proceeded to question why I needed one and questioned my ability to repair a carburetor myself. Told him that I was competent enough to rebuild a carburetor and he questioned what I did for a career. I didn’t tell him on the phone but I was an aircraft mechanic for 6 years.
