Been going here for three years. I have had very few issues throughout years staff and lulu has always been very kind to me and my boyfriend that go here
Go to another clinic… this is not the only one in Roanoke. They overcharge for the kind of treatment offered. I was forced to do a financial detox in a hurry, and was NOT referred to another clinic that DOES take Medicare. And my counselor ignores all my texts, in an effort to thank her … after my discharge
It’s been a week since blood was drawn and there’s still a softball size bruise of my bfs arm. This is not normal.This is the third time this has happened. Do better. Or find someone else who can.

This has been the best thing I’ve done for my recovery.. the staff are kind and supportive. They help you no matter what! I was honest about a mess I made.. they helped me instead of penalizing me. Highly recommend! Mackenzie Bowman is one of the best counselors as well!
