Honest family business As a repeat customer of Roanes, as my parents were for years, I have always had straightforward dealings with them. They tell you what something will cost in advance and what to expect and they are always willing to advise you if you should fix something or not if it is getting too old or would be too expensive. Honest and fair down-to-earth people there...we will be back!
Total scam!!!! My husband took our TV in because the cable cord had pulled out of the back. Someone claiming to be the owner said he had to order a part and it would cost $39.50, which we were happy to pay upfront. We called the 'owner' later who said the whole 'mother board' was wrecked and the TV would cost $600 to fix so it's best he trash it. I called the manufacturer, who told us the TV has a tube board, not a 'mother board' and based on the description of the problem it was not affected, but that even if it had been it... read more
