I have had several admissions to Parkwest Medical Center. Of these several stays there I have never had 1 bad experience. I worked at a different large medical center for 17 years but will still use Parkwest anytime I can.

Rude. Kelsey and “Mac” or whatever her name was should not be employees of a health care field. Was told that I wasn’t a a patient. Even after being written prescriptions from them. And the best thing I could do would be to find another doctor. Wouldn’t send an animal to them
Twenty wears ago, Dr. Boruff was our physician until we moved to TX. We are back in TN 16 yes later and he is our doctor again. He has a great staff also!
Save your money, this isn't the place to spend it. Krystle Silva is not there to listen to your reason for being there. Not only did she raise her voice at me when I explained what others have said about my health condition, she also waved my Physician's Referral near my face saying, "Your doctor's writing is undecipherable". At this point I feared this nurse was going harm me more than she wasted my time. I am grieving the EOB and filing a dispute with my credit card company.
Parkwest Medical Center Parkwest Medical Center 1.0 star rating I have to say the therapy that my father is receiving is a joke...he has been in bed 4 days and the therapist have not gotten him out of bed and when the therapist does come they stay for no more than 20 mins I timed it on my stopwatch. They have a tilt table and sit to stand machine that they are to lazy to bring in the room or even attempt. This used to be our primary hospital, but no longer. We will use Lakeway for extreme emergencies and Jefferson Memorial fir everything else. I recently had a Gall Bladder issue with extreme pain and we went to M-H. They made us sit there with me in excruciating pain for two hours before taking us back and giving me something for pain. This was only because I was on my way out the door, heading to Lakeway. Nothing negative or positive to say. This facility meets standards. Only frequented this facility a couple times.
I went in for a hysterectomy on May 13th. My surgery went well as a knew it would because I have a wonderful Doctor. After my surgery I was supposed to be administered a PCA of morphine for the pain, my doctor put the order in before she even started the surgery, but when I got to recovery all they did was give me a shot and send me to my room. After an hour of pain they gave me a pill and when asked about the PCA , said they would check the order. After another hour or so and no more pain pills the pharmacist came in and as... read more
