On a road trip from Richmond, Va to Nashville, our Volvo XC90 busted the serpentine belt near Rockwood, Tn. Googled local shops and found Roane Diagnostics offered mobile service and had really good reviews, so I texted them outlining what we were facing. They got right back to me and dispatched a mechanic with a serpentine belt. It turned out the tensioner had gone bad and the pulley had a frozen bearing which caused the whole problem. Very Professional, Thankful for them!
In my experience Brandon was unprofessional throughout the month it took to supposedly repair. I had to have somebody else come and finish the repair as brakes fluid was gushing out as fast as you could fill it. Brakes no less. I would not recommend Roane diagnostic mobile repair for anyone.
