This business improperly installed my radiator and ignored all attempts to contact them, including inquiries from Affirm and the BBB. I had to have the repair redone elsewhere at my own cost. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

On a road trip from Richmond, Va to Nashville, our Volvo XC90 busted the serpentine belt near Rockwood, Tn. Googled local shops and found Roane Diagnostics offered mobile service and had really good reviews, so I texted them outlining what we were facing. They got right back to me and dispatched a mechanic with a serpentine belt. It turned out the tensioner had gone bad and the pulley had a frozen bearing which caused the whole problem.
