The people at this VA clinic are great. I have being going here for over six years and never had a bad experience. Only great respect from them. The only complaint I have is that I have to get my meds mailed to me from Alvin C York south of Nashville. It took five years of documenting the problems and a letter to Doug Collins to finally get the problems resolved. During the last six months from late 2025 the deliveries have been early or on time.
Place is a joke. Completely unhelpful front desk. Would not recommend any veteran to go there as a “new” patient. Used to be good a few years ago when I first started going. Don’t know what happened.
